No Epping and Carlingford Combined Carols this year 😪

The combined churches of Epping and Carlingford would like to thank all our long-term sponsors, supporters, volunteers, organisers and attendees for over 25 years of amazing community carols.
Unfortunately, Parramatta Council have withdrawn their financial support of our event and they have been the largest contributor. We went ahead last year without their support, however we were not able to fill the large financial hole that this created for our event. We ran at a large loss last year and we have also lost the involvement of a number of key organisers.
Events are growing in their cost each year, and the available funds seem to be shrinking.
It is with great sadness that we have had to make the difficult decision not to go ahead with Carols in the Park in 2024, however we are hopeful that we will be able to run in 2025, which will be the 30th anniversary of Carols as a Combined Churches event (though Epping Church of Christ ran a carols event in Boronia park for many years before!).

It's near the Coles, and a short walk from the station, there is also ample street parking around!

Carols in the Park is organised by churches in the Epping & Carlingford areaC3 Church Carlingford, Epping Presbyterian, Epping Baptist, Carlingford Baptist, Lifeway Lutheran Church, Epping Uniting Church, Epping Church of Christ, St Alban’s Anglican Church Epping, and The Catholic Parish of Epping and Carlingford.
We are a group of Christian churches that come together each year to bring to the community a night where we celebrate the heart of Christmas together. We hope you have a great time with your friends and family as well as seeing how Jesus is the greatest gift of all.
